I am a keen member of the St. John Ambulance First Aid society at Aberystwyth University, with whom I have passed the First Aid at Work course, attend weekly training sessions and voluntarily help provide first aid assistance for university sports matches. I also took on the task of building and maintaining them a website (www.aber-links.co.uk), where I enjoyed using the skills I had learnt in university for a practical use. Driving is another activity that I enjoy, I have a full clean UK Driving Licence, and regularly compete with the Aberystwyth Motorsport society in karting, consistently finishing above 3rd place out of over 20 drivers. Computer and console gaming is another hobby that I still pursue, and I have set up and hosted regular LAN gaming events for up to 8 people, which involved organising and communicating with others to ensure everything ran smoothly.
